When and how can I nominate a nursing team?

Nominations must be submitted using the online nomination form which will be available on this website from 1 September to 1 December 2017.

Are midwives eligible?

Yes nurses and midwives are eligible for awards.

Will there be a charge for making a nomination?

There is no charge made for nominating a nursing team.

How many nominations can I make?

You can nominate one team for each award.

How will I know if my nominated nursing team has been shortlisted?

We will contact you by email to let you know if your team has been successful.

If my nominated team is shortlisted, will I be able to attend the Award’s Dinner?

Yes, you will be invited to attend the Award’s Dinner if your nominated team is shortlisted.

What prizes money is on offer and what can it be used for?

The prizes are set out on this website. All prize funds must be spent on team training, education or professional development.

Our nursing team has been nominated for an award. What happens now?

We will make contact with all nursing teams as soon as possible after the closing date for nominations explaining our assessment process and to let you know if we need any further information.

When will we know if our nursing team has been short-listed?

We will inform teams if they have, or have not been shortlisted for an award in the week beginning 26 March 2018

When and where is the Awards’ Dinner?

The Awards’ Dinner will take place on the evening of Thursday 24 May 2018 at the Waldorf Hotel, London WC2B 4DD
